 Started in 1888 by Charles Walker, the Ontario Dyeing Company once spun dyed, mercerized and bleached 200,000 pounds of yarn per week.  The property was last used in the industry to make horse blankets in the 1950’s.

 

Today it’s 87,000 square feet of creative and light industrial studio space and in 2026 we will open the Annex on Tioga and D Street Studios will become nearly 180,000 square feet of thriving art, photography, dance, and other entrepreneurial spaces.
